PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet having highly collecting performance and excellent durability by placing specific nonwoven fabric of synthetic fiber on a conveyor for melt blow fiber collection, spraying and collecting melt blown fibers on the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven fabric 10 of synthetic fiber such as spun bond nonwoven fabric made of polyester, comprising drawn synthetic fibers, having <=20g/m<2>-<=70g/m<2> weight and >=20cc/cm<2>/second air permeability is placed on a conveyor 11 for melt blow fiber collection, distance between a spinneret 8 for melt blowing and the conveyor 11 for collection is set 5-60cm and melt blown fibers 9 are sprayed on the nonwoven fabric 10 of synthetic fiber and collected to give the aimed sheet suitable for microfilter simply and inexpensively. |
