<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to improve the operability by moving reel driving shafts with a combination of a spring and cam. CONSTITUTION:A cam surface 70 to be in contact with a follower of the cam 67 has an area for restricting a turning position of a lever 84 in order to hold a hub engaging position of a tape traveling device 25, an area 70b for driving the lever 84 in order to move the tape traveling device 25 from the hub engaging position to a hub separating position, an area 70c for restricting the turning position of the lever 84 in order to keep the tape traveling device 25 in the hub separating position and an area 70a for restricting the turning position of the lever 84 in order to allow the tape traveling device 25 to move from the hub separating position to the hub engaging position. Thus, by the combination of the cam 67 and the spring 86, the reel driving shafts 29 and 30 are moved to the hub engaging position. By this method, a relative positioning relation between a magnetic head and a magnetic tape can accurately be settled.</p> |
