<p>The invention relates to a system of automatic sterile sampling of a biological fluid. A filter module (1) is placed at the end of the sampling module (2) in the reactor (R). The sampling vessel (3) is directly connected to the outlet of the sampling module (2). A fluid injection circuit (40, 41, 42) is provided for controlling the sampling circuits which consist of the filter module (1), the sampling module (2) and the sampling vessel (3), said injection circuit being sequentially controlled by a control and calculation computer (5).
