Measuring pressure by capacitative transducer - electrically measuring change in capacity caused by pressure between conductive diaphragm and capacitor electrode
摘要
The electrical field of the electrodes is separated into its parasitic stray field and its almost homogenous field. The capacity of the latter is measured. A conductive concentric circular surface is electrically insulated around a central conductive circular-surface capacitor electrode (1) to serve as a donor electrode (4). A voltage generator is coupled to the capacitor electrode via a current measuring arrangement and, by-passing the latter, to the donor electrode. Further donor electrodes (8) on an insulated part of the housing can be coupled to the donor electrode. precision ADVANTAGE - Higher . temp. changes do not affect measurement result.
