摘要 In the biosensory quantitative determn. of cpds. the concn. of which can be determined fluorometrically by enzymatic reactions depending on adenine dinucleotide (ADN), (a) before the detection unit (based on fluoresence glass fibre optics), the relevant enzyme and ADN co-enzyme are present in homogeneous soln. in an enzyme membrane reactor closed by an ultrafiltration membrane, with the co-enzyme present as a macro-mol. deriv., (b) samples with the substrate to be quantified are fed into the system (a) by the flow-injection principle, (c) the concns. of substrate to be analysed are represented by redn. or increase in the integral fluorescence as a result of the formation of the co-enzyme in oxidised or reduced form, and (d) between the quantitative measurements, the relevant co-enzyme is brought into the desired oxidised or reduced form by enzymatic regeneration in situ.
