A heating/mixing drum (3) for recycling road asphalt rests with two rings (1) on two pairs of rollers (2) and has in the interior (36) seven hollow radial wing-shaped webs (5) which are fixed to the inside walls and linked by stabiliser plates (70) to a ring (7). They subdivide the interior in seven mixing chambers (500). An axial central shaft (55) remains accessible to them. The asphalt is charged in the funnel (12) and bitumen is sprayed over it from the nozzle (141). Thermal oil passes through the passages according to the arrows as indicated by the inflow (H1) and outflow (H2). The reconditioned asphalt leaves at the outflow (11). ADVANTAGE - This mixes and heats the recycled asphalt gently and minimizes friction and abrasion.
