PURPOSE:To have stable output relative to varying ambient temp. by arranging circuit parts so that those with inverter output rising for rising temp. are located close to those with the inverter output sinking. CONSTITUTION:A current transformer 7 is located close to a Zener diode 13 for production of the reference voltage. When this current transformer 7 gets high temp. to quicken saturation of its core, the frequency rises and the photo output drops, and with respect to it the Zener diode 13 raises the output of an inverter circuit relative to temp. rise. This close location of the parts to one another stabilizes the photo output against the varying ambient temp. |
