PURPOSE:To prevent a pseudo synchronizing signal occurring by detecting the pseudo synchronizing signal included in an encoded signal, and shifting the phase of a sampling clock in an encoder part. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing signal is added on an encoded signal 19 in which a signal 13 to be transmitted is encoded at the encoder part 17 according to a prescribed sampling clock 15 at a multiplexing part 21. And the pseudo synchronizing signal comprised of the same code as that of the synchronizing signal included in the encoded signal 19 is detected at a pseudo synchronizing signal detecting part 31. Next, when the pseudo synchronizing signal is detected, the phase of the sampling clock is shifted at a sampling phase shifting part 33, then, the timing of sampling to perform encoding is shifted. |
