<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly control a tape by independently driving or stopping respective reels on a taking-up side and a supplying side. CONSTITUTION:In the case of fast feeding, the rotation start command 62 of a reel motor 3 on the taking-up side is outputted to a reel driving circuit 5 on the taking-up side by a control circuit 6 and the torque control output 64 of the reel on the taking-up side is outputted besides. Then, the reel 3 on the taking-up side is started to be slowly rotated by low torque. After the command 62 is outputted, a pulse 71 outputted by the rotation detection circuit 7 of a reel motor 2 on the supplying side is counted. Then, by outputting the rotation command 61 of the motor 2 to a reel driving circuit 4 on the supplying side when the counted number reaches a fixed number, the fast feeding is started. The torque control outputs 63 and 64 of the motors 2 and 3 are outputted simultaneously with the start of the fast feeding and the low torque is returned to the high torque. Then, the speed of the fast feeding is made an expected speed. By returning the speed to the expected speed after the sagging of the tape is slowly taken up by the motor 3, the tape is smoothly controlled.</p> |
