<p>A lower frame member 3 is supported by wheels 2, an upper frame member 4 is pivotally mounted to the lower frame member 3 to swing between an upright position and a folded position lying adjacent the lower frame member 3, the upper frame member 4 including attachment means 5 to which is pivotally affixed one end of an elongate buggy handle 9. At least one strut member 6 is pivotally affixed at one end thereof to the lower frame member 3 and extends up to and past the attachment means 5 alongside the handle 9 to be captured by the attachment means 5 such that when the handle 9 is moved forwardly the attachment means 5 acts as a guide following the strut member (S)6 as the upper frame member 4 is moved into its folded position.
