PURPOSE:To simplify sintering without progressing excessive sintering by mixing metal powder or alloy powder as sintering additive into alloy powders containing at least nickel and aluminium. CONSTITUTION:Powder of metal or alloy, particularly metal or alloy relatively easy to be sintered such as nickel, copper and the like is mixed as sintering additive into alloy powder containing at least nickel and aluminium. Original sintering is facilitated by the effect of the sintering agent and also excessive sintering is restrained by the nickel aluminium alloy serving as base material. The molding additive may be scattered during burning and also electrode material may be sintered by molding the above mixed powders using molding additive, etc., and by assembling the molding into a battery so that the battery is heated. The process of assembling the battery is thereby reduced. |
