<p>PURPOSE:To easily test and evaluate a nonsteady operation by providing a pattern signal generator, which generates a pattern signal which simulates the change of the physical quantity of a fluid at the time of cutting off the fluid, and an evaluating means which evaluates the degree of stability of the operation of a system based on the control deviation signal which a comparing part outputs. CONSTITUTION:The change of the physical quantity of the fluid at the time of cutting off the fluid is simulated by pattern signals from pattern signal generators 24 and 25, and prescribed operation is performed in an evaluating means 17 based on the control deviation signal from a comparing part 7 in accordance with this simulated input, and the control characteristic of the nonsteady state of a feedback controller A is evaluated based on the result. A coefficient to correct the parameter of control operation is obtained based on the result of operation in the evaluating means 7. Thus, the characteristic in the nonsteady state of the feedback controller A is quantitatively evaluated with the simple constitution.</p> |
