In a system for simplifying the use a plurality of credit cards, cheque cards, client cards and the like, an electronic multifunction card is provided with a memory capable of recording a plurality of individual data sets of any single-purpose cards, at least two electronically activated data display windows (displays) and contact elements accessible from the outside, which make it possible to skim through the recorded data sets and thus to display the corresponding individual data of each single-purpose card in the display windows, to enter a secret code and finally to enter and retrieve data sets or parts thereof. |
