New compounds containing piperidinyl functional groups carried by a siloxane chain. The invention also relates to the use of such compounds in polymers to improve their photostabilisation. These polymeric compounds contain trimethylsiloxane groups at the end of their chain and at least a proportion of the silicon atoms in the polysiloxane chain carry 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyl groups. |
