摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the qualities of anti-wear and anti-friction by molding the inner pipe body of a bearing with a thermosetting resin the 50-80% range of whose filler is the total of the two, that is, phenol resin powder 5-75%, silica 5-75%. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture of a cylindrical body 5 is, first, to paint a thermoset ting type bonding agent at the inside diameter surface 1a of a metal outer pipe body 1, and next, is to arrange the outer pipe body 1 within a mold frame 2. When the above thermosetting type resin which is heated and melted is poured into a space 4 between the above inside diameter surface 1a and a mold core pin 3, the thermoset ting type resin is fixed by means of the painted bonding agent, and an inner pipe body 5 is formed. Afterwards, an upper mold 2a is taken off, and the inner pipe body 5 is separated from a middle mold frame 2b and the mold core pin 3 by pressing pushingly a dynamic pressure type bearing 6 with ejector pins 7. Phenol resin powder used as a filler comes out at the inside diameter surface of the cylindrical body 5, and becomes of a sea island structure among the thermosetting type resin, and restrains the progress of wear. Also, silica restrains the forming contraction ratio of the resin composite, and at the same time, prevents the lowering of precision due to disposition.
