摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To execute the memory protection of a short term and a long term by supplying a short term protective power source by a small capacity capacitor, and supplying a long term protective power source by a large capacity capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is supplied to an input terminal 1, the supplied power source is supplied to a memory through a diode 11 or 2, 8. Simultaneously, the power source is supplied to a large capacity capacitor 9 and a small capacity capacitor, as well through a resistance 10, therefore, these capacitors are charged. Subsequently, when the power source is turned off, the power source is supplied to the memory from the capacitor 3 and 9 and the memory is protected. That is, since the capacitor 3 completes charging in a very short time, when the power source is turned off, the memory is protected by discharge of the capacitor 3. Also, even if the discharge of the capacitor 3 is ended first, since discharge from the capacitor 9 is continued for many hours, the memory can be protected extending over a long term.</p>
