<p>PURPOSE:To produce the parts working NC information requiring two processes just with a single input of the material shape information and the parts shape information by producing the NC information for each of parts which are divided after these dividing points are automatically obtained when a partial working operation requiring two processes is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A dividing point deciding part 22 decides the 1st/2nd process parts dividing points and the material dividing point at an outer diameter working part based on the inputted material shape, parts shape, and pawl form. A parts shape dividing part 24 produces the parts shape information on the 1st and 2nd processes based on the inputted material form information and the parts shape information as well as the decided 1st/2nd process parts dividing points Pp5 and Pw5 respectively. In the same way, a material shape dividing part 23 produces the material shape information for the 2nd process. Furthermore a working method deciding part 6 decides the working method information on the 1st and 2nd processes based on those produced information and stores these method information in the 1st and 2nd process working method storage parts 25 and 26 respectively. As a result, the parts working NC information requiring two processes can be produced just with a single input operation of information performed by an operator.</p> |
