PURPOSE:To facilitate discharge covering for a long time, by providing insulating rings freely moving on a spacer on the outer boundary of a spacer joining and insulating a group of graphite discs. CONSTITUTION:Each graphite disc 1 is joined by coupling struts 3 via insulating spacers 2 to constitute a laser fine tube part with the insulating rings 5 freely moving and rotating on the insulating spacer 2 provided on the outer boundary of the insulating spacer 2. High current arc discharge for a long time causes carbon sputtered from the graphite discs 1 to attach on the insulating spacer 2 to deteriorate the insulation between the discs. However, the oscillation provided to the laser tube moves and rotates the insulating ring 5 on the spacer 2 for preventing carbon attachment and dropping carbon by friction. Thus, even a long time use reduces insulating deterioration. |
