<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the color filter which has a uniform pattern width and has no gaps between picture elements by using aligner marks formed by connecting plural independent circular or polygonal shapes. CONSTITUTION:Shapes, such as circular or polygonal shapes (for example, triangle shape), are used in place of the conventional aligner marks. If, for example, the circular aligner marks are used, the discrimination of the respective colors; R 1, G 2, B 3, is possible regardless of the reflected color tones even when the respective colors overlap each other with deviations or part from each other. The perfect alignhment is, therefore, executed. The generation of misalignment is eventually obviated. The exact alignment of the R, G, B is executed in this way and the good color filter which does not generate defec tive color tones at the time of lighting is obtd.</p> |
