CONSTITUTION:When a read image from a scanner 4 and received images from other systems are displayed, a DMA(Direct Memory Access) means 8 is provided and data on an image memory 2 are transferred fast to an image display memory and displayed; and the DMA means 8 performs enlarging/ reducing operation at the time of memory addressing and the image is displayed by being converted to the best image size, Consequently, the display state can be changed according to the document is longitudinal or lateral and the reduction rate of a DMA controller 8 is controlled to display the image fully in an image display area. |
