PURPOSE:To sufficiently store discharged developer in a discharged toner storage part without leaving a surplus space in the storage part by providing a means for stirring the discharged developer in the storage part. CONSTITUTION:The stirring means for stirring the discharged toner is provided in the discharged toner storage part 30. The stirring means is constituted of a stirring bar 40 disposed in the axial direction of a photosensitive drum 1 and the stirring bar 40 regularly rotates with the rotation of the drum 1. Since the stirring part 40c of the stirring bar 40 moves in the discharged toner in the storage part even when the discharged toner is to be accumulated on the lower side of the storage part 30, the discharged toner is stirred to be stored in a horizontal state in the storage part 30. Therefore, the discharged toner is averagely stored in the entire storage part 30 without being stored only on the front side of the storage part 30. Thus, the space of the storage part 30 is sufficiently utilized. |
