PURPOSE:To easily keep on setting system default information without turning on a power source even if an error occurs in system default information by providing a means for re-inputting system default information that a decision means decides as information which can not be generated by the system. CONSTITUTION:Input means 8 and 9 input system default information from an external device, the decision means 2 decides whether or not system generation is permitted according to the system default information inputted by the means 8 and 9, and the re-inputting means 7 re-inputs a part that the means decides as information which can not be generated by the system. Consequently, even if an error is detected during an analysis of a default file when the system is started up, the analytic processing of the default file can be carried on through the easy operation.
