PURPOSE:To prevent seizure between both members by exhausting operating fluid in a chamber to the spigot joint between a housing member and a rotor member through a relief hole during the stroke on an accumulator piston. CONSTITUTION:When relative rotation is generated between a cam housing 20 and a rotor 30 due to difference in rotating speed between right and left wheels, a driving piston 40 reciprocates along a cam face 21 and carries out differential limitation. During the generation of the relative rotation, frictional contact heat is generated at a spigot joint part 20a between both the members 20 and 30. At this time,l chamber pressure in an accumulator chamber 70 is increased to move a piston 7 rightward and to exhaust operating oil in the accumulator chamber 70 to the spigot joint part 20a between the cam housing 20 and the rotor 30 from a relief hole 75 opened in the cylinder part 32 of th rotor 30 opposing to a piston seal 74. Thus, the seizure between the housing member and the rotor member can be prevented.
