PURPOSE:To make an electrocardiograph compact and light in weight and to simplify screening for a heart disease by recording information concerning a heartbeat trend- gram and an ST trend-gram, which are obtained by processing an electrocardiogram signal synchronously with an R-wave detection signal, to a trend storing means. CONSTITUTION:The portable electrocardiograph is composed of a main body 200, electrode part 210 as an input means to fetch an electrocardiogram signal from a reagent and event switch 210 to be operated when the reagent feels a subjective symptom in the heart. The main body 200 is carried for a prescribed time and an electrocardiogram is measured. Afterwards, the main body 200 and electrode part 210, etc., are detached from the reagent and connected to a communication part 220 and the electrocardiogram information recorded to the main body 200 are transferred through this communication part 220 to a display device 240 and stored. These electrocardiogram information are displayed in the display device 240, sent to a hard copy part 260 as needed and outputted. For the electrocardiogram information to be recorded. Only the three kinds of the information such as the heartbeat trend-gram, ST trend- gram and event-time waveform are made objective. Since the electrocardiogram information to be recorded are limited to the information required for a screening check, the capacity of the recorded information is widely decreased. |
