PURPOSE:To output an inner step pulse in an optimum delay time responsive to a pulse interval by measuring a pulse internal, setting the delay time responsive to the interval, and controlling the output of the step pulse by a variable delay time. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse interval if a pulse waiting time exceeds a predetermined value, a predetermined constant initial value tau0 is set. When a second step pulse is input, the pulse interval T is counted. When the interval T is obtained, a desired delay time tau is calculated. This time tau is set as the delay time of the step pulse, and the step pulse is inserted to the intermediate position of the step pulses. |
