PURPOSE:To obtain the subject powder capable of keeping the flavor over a long period by spray-drying and granulating powder containing milk powder, fat, etc., while using a solution containing a specific amount of cyclodextrin as humidifying water. CONSTITUTION:Powder containing milk powder, fat, flavor powder and/or volatile component is spray-dried and then granulated with a wet granulator. In the above process, a solution containing 0.1-35% (preferably 0.4-10%) of cyclodextrin (based on the spray-dried powder) is used as the humidifying water to obtain the objective powder. |
