<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the adjustment of the position of mounting on a signal cable, and to simplify mounting operation by previously installing a mounting member at a specified location on the signal cable corresponding to the position of mounting of the signal cable. CONSTITUTION:Mounting members (clamp members) 12 are bonded previously with a signal cable 10 by double-sided adhesive tapes 13, and the intervals of the mounting members 12 are separated only by predetermined length L required for moving a carriage 3. Connectors 10a, 10b are connected to a relay unit 9 on the carriage 3 and a signal processing section 11 on a main body respectively, and the signal cable 10 is fixed to the carriage 3 and the position of mounting of the main body by the clamp members 12. Accordingly, cable length is regulated at the same time as the installation of the cable 10, thus eliminating the need for the adjustment of the position of mounting on the cable 10, then preventing the trouble of an operator regarding the mounting of the cable.</p> |
