PURPOSE:To avoid deviation of the weight of car body to front wheels by offsetting and arranging an engine and a transmission in the rear of a front differential, and offsetting and arranging a center differential in the rear of the engine and the transmission. CONSTITUTION:A gear type transmission 2 is transversely loaded on the left side of a four-cylinder engine 1 transversely arranged in the front part of a car-body so that a crankshaft 1a extends in the direction of car-width. In this case, the engine 1 and the transmission 2 are offset-arranged in the rear of a front differential 8 installed on an axle line of left and right front wheels 11L, 11R. Further, a center differential 7 for distributing driving torque from the transmission 2 to the front wheel side and the rear wheel side is offset- arranged in the rear of the engine 1 and the transmission 2, and a part of the driving torque from the center differential 7 is distributed by the front differential 8 to drive shafts 10L, 10R of the left and right front wheels.
