PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency by continuously performing a cooled rubber material warming process, a rubber material kneading process and a process molding the rubber material into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:The rubber material Wa fed out of a warming roll apparatus 1 is supplied to a plurality of kneading apparatuses 3 through one feed apparatus 4 constituted of a feed conveyor 7a, an accumulation conveyor 7b, a weighing conveyor 7c and a charging conveyor 7d while distributed by a predetermined wt. while the rubber material Wa is also successively supplied to the other kneading apparatuses by a predetermined wt. in the same way and chemicals are supplied to the rubber material Wa in a definite wt. ratio from a chemicals supply apparatus 5 to be kneaded therewith and the kneaded mixture is continuously fed out toward a sheeting apparatus 6. As mentioned above, by continuously performing a series of kneading works within a short time, the working efficiency of the kneading works can be markedly enhanced. |
