PURPOSE:To obtain the laminated sheet having almost natural straight grain with light and shade and differently sized lines by laminating the film of styrene- butadiene block copolymer resin SBBC having the straight grain pattern with light and shade is laminated on at least one surface of foamed styrene resin sheet, as a skin. CONSTITUTION:SBBC becoming a skin is melted in a first extruding machine and is introduced in a mold. A plurality of the grooves of 0.5R-0.75R having different width and depth are provided in a used mold laterally in a row. While the extruded SBBC film is still in softened state, the styrene resin containing foaming agent is extruded from a second extruding machine and becomes a foamed styrene resin sheet, and then by pressure-bonding them with a roll, the SBBC film and the foamed styrene resin sheet are integrally laminated mutually, whereby the beautiful laminated sheet having the pattern with light and shade surface and almost straight grain of some uneven surface, is obtained. When the film of synthetic resin e.g. polystyrene or high impact polystyrene is intended to be laminated on the rear surface, a similar process is achieved by using a third extruding machine. |
