PURPOSE:To perform low-cost, comfortable and efficient air-conditioning inside a cabin by arranging a radiation air-conditioning board, faced downward, in the ceiling, which is operated by thermal heat or 'cold heat' of one side of thermoelements regulated by a controller. CONSTITUTION:A multiple number of thermoelements 8 connected to a controller 15 are installed on the back of a radiation air-conditioning board 7, and a fin substrate 10 having heat radiating fins 9 is brought into contact with the back of each thermoelement 8. The heat radiating fins 9 are arranged in the ceiling of a cabin 4 with a radiation air-conditioning panel 6 and a radiation air-conditioning board 7, faced downward, which are surrounded by a duct 11 with its one side opened to the exit of a fan 12 and the other side to the outside of the cabin 4. In this constitution, the radiation air-conditioning board 7 is heated or cooled by the thermal heat or cold heat of one side of the thermoelements 8 which are regulated by a controller 15, and the thermal heat or cold heat then generated are conveyed into the cabin 4 by radiation heat transfer. The thermal heat or cold heat of the other side of the thermoelements 8 are emitted into the duct 11 with the fins 9, then discharged outside of the cabin 4. |
