In a flour roll mill including at least a pair of rolls constituted by a high speed roll (2) supported by a fixed bearing and a low speed roll (3) supported by a movable bearing and rotated reversely to the high speed roll, and a roll gap adjustment mechanism, the roll mill comprises a roll gap coarse adjustment mechanism having an eccentric (10) and a drive mechanism (11, 12, 13) therefore, and a roll gap fine adjustment mechanism having a roll gap fine adjustment shaft (17), a roll gap fine adjustment eccentric (14) connected thereto through a spring (15), and a drive mechanism (27, 28, 29) therefore, a support frame for a bearing body (8e) of the movable bearing (8) is separable into first and second parts (8a, 8b) so that the first part (8a) can be separated to be attached and detached at a side of a fixed bearing (9). It is therefore possible to demount and mount the rolls easily without removing the roll gap adjustment mechanism.
