PURPOSE:To cut and to feed as well even a flat tube having a large outer diameter tolerance by linking bisected clamp pieces formed with a screw thread at the inside through projecting a cutter from the inner peripheral face, by a rubber ring, etc., from the outside, and performing spreading by a lever means. CONSTITUTION:A pair of clamp pieces 2 engraved with threads at the inside are annularly linked by a rubber-made O-ring 4 fitted to an outer peripheral groove 3 and spreadably linked by the pin 7 pivotally fitting the link plate 6 fitted to a recessed groove 5 and the clamp pieces 2. A lever 9 is linked to the pin 8 slidably inserted into the other part of the clamp piece 2 from one part of the clamp piece 2 and both clamp pieces 2 are spread by the tip thereof. A chip discharging port 11 and cutter fitting groove 12 are formed on one part of the clamp pieces 2, a cutter 14 changeable together with a press plate 13 is fitted, cutting can be executed even in the case of the dimensional tolerance being large and even from the midway of a tube, the bonding is easy and cutting is executed by a constant feeding on each rotation. |
