PURPOSE: To obtain an initial deformed shape material having no crack on the surface with small number of molds at low cost by inclining expanding surfaces at a specific angle to web surfaces and arranging strand guide rollers following the web surfaces, expanding surface and adjusting surfaces. CONSTITUTION: The expanding surfaces 4b, 5b are inclined at an angleαof 20 deg. to 45 deg. to the plane of the web surfaces 4a, 5a. The strand guide rollers 11, 12, 13 are arranged following the web surfaces 4a, 5a, expanding surfaces 4b, 5b and adjusting surfaces 4c, 5c. Then, following the end surface walls 7, 8 adjustable to position and provided with projections 7a, 8a projected into the inner part in the hollow space of the mold, guide elements 15 adjustable to position in the same direction, are arranged. In this way, the initial deformed material having no crack on the surface is obtd. with a small number of the molds.
