PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize carbon dioxide by freely supplying carbon dioxide having constant pressure to a gas part in a closed vessel and jetting the water returned in the case of circulating water in this vessel and dissolving the carbon dioxide of the gas part into water. CONSTITUTION:Carbon dioxide having constant pressure is freely supplied to a gas part A in a vessel 1 capable of being closed. Carbon dioxide of the gas part A is dissolved into water by jetting the water returned in the case of circulating water 11 in the vessel 1. As a result, carbon dioxide is replenished at only utilized amount and therefore is efficiently utilized. |
