PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the driving source of an automatic focus adjusting mechanism and a driving mechanism, to simplify a device and to improve reliability by converting a part of upper and lower limits of a slide moving process into the moving action in the axial direction of a slide. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear 14 is used for moving a slide holder 9, is turned by a motor and a wheel train mechanism, and meshed with a rack 13. The rack 13 is fixed on a holder frame 11, converts the rotation of the driving gear 14 into linear motion and moves the holder frame 11 up and down. The holder frame 11 is slidably maintained by a guide shaft 12 which is fixed on a guide base 8. Stoppers 8a and 8b which abut on the top bottom ends of the slide holder 9 are disposed on the guide base 8 and limit the acting range of the slide holder 9. In other words, the up-and-down motion of the slide moving mechanism acts to change the action of the slide in an axial direction. Thus, a driving source, a complex driving mechanism, etc. are eliminated; therefore the mechanism is simplified and miniaturized, and reliability is improved. |
