Cap for writing instrument - is esp. for ball pen and has extension which forms nail file

The writing instrument (1), such as a ball tip pen has a cover for the writing tip in the form of a short tube (2) with an end cap at one end. This cap (2) has a longitudinal extension (8) at the open end which is limited to only a part of the tube circumference. The inner surface (4) of this extension is roughened to form a nail file whilst the tip (5) has a sharp point to enable it to be used to clean the finger nails. Instead of a nail file the end cap may be designed to serve as a means of applying cosmetics or to serve as a tooth pick. USE - Ball tip pens etc.
