Organic phosphoric esters having the formula (I), <CHEM> wherein R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are independently lower (C1-C2) alkyl, can be stabilized by being mixed with a Michael's acceptor, hindered amine stabilizer or epoxy compound due to the effective prevention of thiono-thiolo isomerization reaction. Further, there is provided an excellent soil pest controlling agent containing, as an active ingredient, the organic phosphoric ester stabilized by this method.
