PURPOSE:To easily conduct a detailed test corresponding to a purpose by conducting the test by a program on an interactive basis with an operator. CONSTITUTION:An operator selects state settings of a computer system regarding the momentary stop recovery support function and the program selects what state the computer system should be in case of a power failure and its power recovery according to the combination of the selected states, judges whether the operation is normal or not according to the selection result, and informs the operator of that. Thus, a test procedure is shown to the operator as the time passes from the power failure to its recovery and the test is conducted by the interaction between the program and operator so that various environmental settings are received from the operator. Consequently, a power failure detecting and a power recovery detecting function in the hit recovery support function can easily be tested. |
