<p>PURPOSE:To increase recovery efficiency by providing an opening in the driving direction of a crushing head to provide a broken piece collector housing broken pieces of an existing pipe or earth between the immediate rear inside the open ing and the end place inside a new pipe in the rear so that it is capable of moving. CONSTITUTION:A starting shaft 2 and an arriving shaft 3 are respectively provided to a section to replace an existing pipe 1 such as asbestos, etc., and a new pipe 4, a hydraulic jack 5 and a crushing head 6 are provided to the starting shaft 2. A broken piece collector 7 is provided between the inside of the broken head 6 and the inside of the end 4a of the new pipe 4 so that it is capable of moving, and it is connected to a compressor 9 supplying air from the starting shaft 2 through an air hose 8. In order to move forward the crushing head 6 and the new pipe 4, they are pulled by a wire 10 of the end of the crushing head 6, the jack 5 and a winch 11 from the arriving shaft 3 and, at the same time, it is so constructed that high pressure water is supplied from a high pressure hose 12. According to this constitution, broken pieces of asbestos pipes can be easily recovered.</p> |
