PURPOSE:To obtain the title binder excellent in running durability and long-term storage durability by reaction between a specific polycarbonate polyol, specific chain extender and organic diisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:The objective binder can be obtained by reaction between (A) a polycarbonate polyol with 20-80wt.% of poly(cyclohexane-1,4- dimethanolcarbonate)polyol used as a constituent, (B) a chain extender consisting of a compound having two or more hydroxyl or amino groups, <=1000 in molecular weight (e.g. ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol), and (C) an organic diisocyanate (e.g. 2,4-tolylenediisocyanate). |
