<p>PURPOSE:To easily renew a manhole by insetting a pipe with a U-shaped notch, into the manhole, to set the U-shaped notch section to be received by a regenerated pipe, and by cutting the upper side surface of the regenerated pipe to be opened, to fill up a space with a filler. CONSTITUTION:The lower end section 3A of the pipe 3 of an outer diameter D slightly smaller than the inner diameter of a manhole is provided with a U-shaped notch section 4 for receiving a regenerated pipe 1. After that, the pipe 3 is inserted into an obsolete manhole 2 and is set to cross over the regener ated pipe 1. After that, previously on the upper side section of the pipe 1, an opening section 1A is formed to be cut, or after the pipe 3 is inserted into, the opening section 1A is formed to be cut. Then, the internal surface of the pipe 3, and both the side surfaces and the bottom surface of the pipe 1 are filled up with the filler of mortar or the like. As a result, work for excavating peripheral earth is not required, and the term of construction can be shortened.</p> |
