PURPOSE:To promote reliability concerning strength by bringing into contact with the internal surface of the second ring wall to mount to two cutters by opposing a waterstop coupling plate after the first auxiliary ring wall is formed by cutter blades of one shield excavator. CONSTITUTION:A large number of cutter bits 13 are planted in the front of the first shield excavator 11 to mount cutter wheels 15 having blades 14 to the periphery, and a bedrock is excavated to take out earth from an outlet 17. Then, after the first and second chield excavators 11 and 20 are started from two points to reach specific points, the first ring groove 37 is formed. Mortar, etc., from an injection pipe 19 are filled and solified to form the second ring groove 37, and a ring wall 24 is formed as a mortar cut-off wall. The waterstop coupling plate 25 is welded to the remainer of both cutters 15 to complete a docking of two shields 11 and 20. According to the constitution, filler can be reduced to an extremely small quantity. |
