摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the degree of accuracy of execution by providing an automatic measuring means of a shield alignment on the horizontal plane of an excavated shaft from the standard position of a traveller on a rail. A comparison means of both measuring means with the second means in a vertical plane, and an operational means in the driving direction in the future. CONSTITUTION:A shield automatic measuring operation controller 1 is constituted of a traveller 3 running along a rail laid on the crown center line of a segment, a light wave distance measuring instrument 5 placed on a shield excavator 4, and an attitude angle detector 6. An automatic level measuring instrument 7 detects the pressure from a levelling type connection pipe 7a to measure the level, an operational means 25 and a display means 9 inside the shield excavator 4 are provided. A starting shaft 11 vertical is excavated vertical downward from the ground 10 to assemble the shield excavator 4, and it is moved forward by a jack to construct a metal segment along the internal surface to a horizontal excavated shaft 11. According to this constitution, measurement can be automated to reduce manpower.
