PURPOSE:To perform flow control accurately by performing position control of valve body under large opening range while opening/closing the valve body continuously under micro opening range. CONSTITUTION:The state amount of control object is sensed through a sensor receiver tube 1 to feed a signal to a regulation meter 2 to be compared with a control target and to feed the output to a signal exchanger 3. Under such region where the regulation valve 7 is position type to open/close the valve body thus to control the flow, said regulation valve 7 is controlled to maintain predetermined valve opening. Upon entering of valve open command signal of regulation meter 2 into fine regulation range, a monitor switch 5 will function to switch the valve opening command signal for the regulation valve 7 to the output side of an analog pulse width converter 4. |
