PURPOSE:To simplify control and computation by computing and increasing a characteristic value from the similarity with respect to physical and condition amounts with the use of fuggy rule, maintaining the condition for a specified time, and setting/changing the set value corresponding to new similarity generated during that time when it is lower than the present. CONSTITUTION:When signals of detection means 1-3, 8, 9 of car body condition detection means 4 are input to characteristic changeover judging means 5, the similarity corresponding to physical and condition amounts is computed with the use of fuggy rule and comfortability and safety requiring signals are also computed and obtained to increase characteristic value and to maintain the condition for a specified time. After the set value is turned to be subjected to soft condition command, the characteristic value corresponding to new generated similarity is lower than the set value under operation, the set value is decreased. According to the output of a judging means 5 a characteristic changeover operation means 6 controls suspension stabilizer 7. It is thus possible to simplify the control and computation.
