PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency at the time of generating a program by allotting a user data memory address successively on and after a memory address determined beforehand for the symbol name of the operand of an inputted instruction. CONSTITUTION:An instruction and the operand in information to be inputted one after another are discriminated by an instruction and operand discrimination circuit 2. As for the discriminated operand, in a user data memory address allotment circuit 4, the user data memory address is allotted automatically to the memory address instructed by an alotting address counter 6. then, an operand object is generated by an operand object generation circuit 5, and is stored in a program memory 7. Thus, at the time of generating a symbol name program, work to allot beforehand he user memory address to the symbol name becomes necessary, and the program generating efficiency can be improved.
