<p>PURPOSE:To supply fluid at an arbitrary position by providing a cylindrical guide rail equipped with a slit in a longitudinal direction and a port block traveling along the slit, and connecting a variable tube to the port block inside the guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A movable port block 3 is provided along a slit 2 provided in the longitudinal direction of a cylindrical guide rail 1, and both ends of a spiral tube 8 are fixed to the port block 3 and an end block 4 to form flow passages 6, 7. A supply port 11 is provided at the outward opening of the flow passage 6 to connect the outward opening of the flow passage 7 to a fluid supply tube 15. A spiral tube 8 is made of soft synthetic resin or the like, and can be freely extended and contracted. It is thus possible to take fluid out of the supply port 11 at an arbitrary position for good workability.</p> |
