PURPOSE:To reduce a restricting feeling by giving the winding force of a seat belt winding device with a coil spring, and setting the winding capacity with a surplus, by setting the coil diameter, the winding number, and the like adequately. CONSTITUTION:By pulling out a seat belt 10 when it is used, a driving shaft 11 is rotated integrally with a spool 22 through a drum D, the outer diameter of a coil spring 21 is contracted, and the restoration force of the seat belt is accumulated in the coil spring 21. When a rider releases the seat belt 10, the driving shaft 11 is rotated in the reverse direction together with the drum D through the spool 22 by the restoration force of the coil spring 21, the seat belt 10 is wound to the drum D to fit by itself, and no looseness is generated. In an urgent case, the movement of the belt 10 is prevented by a locking device 30. And by converting the coil diameter, the winding number, and the like, of the coil spring 21, the capacity can be set with a surplus without increasing the outer diameter, and a restricting feeling when it is worn can be eliminated. |
