PURPOSE:To effectively heat the object of heating by laminating a hyaline far infrared ray-radiating film and a hyaline conductive film sequentially upon a hyaline substrate, and then forming paired electrodes upon the hyailne conductive film. CONSTITUTION:Upon a hyaline substrate 1 is laminated a hyaline far infrared ray-radiating film upon which a hyaline conductive film 3 is laminated. And paired electrodes 4, 4 opposed to each other are formed respectively upon the hyaline conductive film 3 along the two respective corresponding ends thereof. In this case, the hyaline conductive film 3 is heated to heat the far infrared ray-radiating film 2 when a given voltage is applied between the electrodes 4, 4. The far infrared ray-radiating film radiates far infrared rays when heated, whereby the object of heating is more efficiently heated. |
